New HW-155D Crawler Anchoring Engineering Drill Rig

HW-155D crawler deep foundation anchor drilling rig is a high-efficiency drilling rig developed by Hengwang, high-rise buildings, airports, ground source heat pumps and other deep foundation pits for quality, travel, and precipitation.
Features of the Crawler Anchoring Engineering Drill Rig:
1. The maximum speed can reach 1 70 r/min; Increased by 20% compared with HW-135D, which is more efficient for the use of twisted soil
2. Energy saving and high efficiency; in the case of no increase in power, the work efficiency is effectively improved.
3. While the speed is increasing, the torque is increased by 10% compared with HW-135D, and the maximum torque is increased to 7500NM.
4. A new hydraulic system is used, the structure is simpler, the layout is more reasonable, and the operation is more user-friendly.
5. The construction has increased by about 20% compared with HW-135D. Torque and speed can be reasonably matched according to actual needs.
The stroke of the approach frame is 3.4 meters, and it can carry out 3 meters of drill pipe and casing composite drilling.
It can be used to dig different formations with corresponding torque gyrators, which improves the adaptability of the drilling rig.
Equipped with a covered bottom view, a high-position rotating platform, a large-diameter outrigger cylinder, a 0.9-meter sliding frame, and an orifice support device, which makes the drilling rig easy to move and position, and it is stable and reliable when drilling. Equipped with a clamping and disengaging device, which makes the loading and unloading of drill pipes and casings low labor intensity and high efficiency.
6. The whole machine adopts automatic rotary hydraulic drive, which eliminates manual labor and makes it easier and more convenient.
7.The crawler imitates the crawler chassis of Komatsu excavator, and the self-equipped brake makes the climbing performance of the drilling rig more reliable
